On the residential side we have a vast back ground in constructing some incredible homes both ocean side in West Vancouver, up the hill in British Properties and lakeside in the Okanagan Valley.

If required we will find the client the perfect property to fit their desires, help secure the property, deal with development applications and permits, secure engineers and architects as required and help come up with the design. We work closely with the best local trades and suppliers and are able to source a multitude of materials and workmanship that is without equal. Vacation properties are a specialty and out of province investors can fully take advantage of our services as they may limit the amount of travelling and time they have to invest in order to find the property they are looking for.

We offer maintenance and security services to help take care of your new investment while you are away in the off-season. We have just completed a 4.5 million dollar lakeside home in Kelowna built with nothing but the best materials and the highest regard for both interior and exterior design.

On the commercial side we have a great deal of experience in the completion of both tenant improvement projects such as interior office construction and complete building construction. In this area as well we excel in higher end construction with a background in office renos in the Greater Vancouver core. We bring a host of experience and knowledge to the Okanagan area that can only be gained by working with some of the largest multi million dollar corporate firms from a larger center like Vancouver.

We are currently completing the construction of a new A & W restaurant in Trail B.C.

Other commercial projects that we have been recently involved in locally are: The H2O center in Kelowna, Sparkling Hill Resort in Vernon, and The Out Back Project in Vernon.
