Jeff is our General Manager and Team Leader. He has 30+ years experience with large-scale commercial and residential construction projects. If you have questions about new projects, scope, cost, or careers, Jeff is the one to contact.
Lyn is HanCon’s President and Financial Officer. She has 20+ years experience with payroll and accounting and keeps our team in order. If you have questions about billing or careers, she is the one to contact.
Sean is our local Project Manager. He has 12+ years experience managing personnel, budgets, and schedules for large-scale construction projects. If you have questions about new projects, scope, or cost, Sean is the one to contact.
Health and Safety Manager
Ty is our Health and Safety Manager. He has 15+ years of experience training and facilitating occupational health and safety programs. If you have questions about the HanCon safety culture, Ty is the one to contact.
Peter is one of HanCon’s Superintendents. He has 20+ years experience in the industry and comes to us from Vancouver. He is typically on site to help with resource and manpower management and can be contacted through our head office.
With over 17 years’ experience in the field, Shawn is another of HanCon’s Superintendents. He is typically on the jobsite with a working crew and can be contacted through our head office.
Megan is our office administrator and your first line of contact Tues-Thurs. She has 6+ years experience in bookkeeping and office management. If you have questions about billing or who best to speak with, Megan will always take your call.
